The first step in participating in the 5TC is to complete a Metabolic Test. This information is utilized by our Registered Dietitians, who will assign you a calorie level appropriate for healthy weight loss. You will have access to our Lifestyle Online Meal Planning program, which provides 7 days of meal plan templates that are customizable to your food preferences. You can also log your intake and your fitness for daily tracking.

You will work out 3 times a week with a personal trainer in a group setting of 10-12 participants. You will also have homework and weekend challenges. Morning and evening sessions are available.
