TERRIO History   TERRIO Therapy-Fitness was started in 1998 with a single physical therapy adult outpatient clinic located in North Bakersfield with CEO Tim Terrio as the only employee. Today, TERRIO Therapy-Fitness has expanded to 10 clinics throughout Bakersfield, 1 clinic in Tehachapi, and 1 clinic in Fresno/Clovis, and the number of employees has grown from 1 to over 140 (including 35 Full-Time Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists). TERRIO Timeline: Jan. 1998 - First TERRIO adult outpatient clinic opens in North Bakersfield. Jun. 2000 - Second TERRIO adult outpatient clinic opens in the Marketplace. Oct. 2000 - Third TERRIO adult outpatient clinic opens in Northeast Bakersfield. Sep. 2004 - First TerrioKIDS clinic opens for pediatric therapy services inside Memorial Hospital. Dec. 2005 - Second TerrioKIDS clinic opens for pediatric therapy services on Easton Drive. May 2006 - Fourth TERRIO adult outpatient clinic opens in Tehachapi. Jul. 2006 - Fifth TERRIO adult outpatient clinic opens in Central Bakersfield. Nov. 2006 - The TERRIO EDGE opens for sport-specific training, team training, and physical therapy making it the sixth TERRIO clinic to offer adult outpatient therapy services. Jan. 2007 - Seventh TERRIO adult outpatient clinic opens in Rosedale. Dec. 2007 - North Bakersfield TERRIO clinic moves to new location in Southwest Bakersfield. Feb. 2008 - Eighth TERRIO adult outpatient clinic opens in Downtown Bakersfield inside Body XChange. Apr. 2009 - First Fresno/Clovis clinic opens.
