Here at TERRIO Therapy-Fitness, we pride ourselves on knowing that we have the proper tools and personnel to help anyone transform their life into a healthy lifestyle. That's why we've teamed up with KUZZ to run the "Country's Biggest Loser" competition. We have selected 20 contestants and put them on two teams of ten and they will take part in a 3-month long comprehensive nutrition and fitness program designed specifically for each individual to lose weight. On April 14th, the contestant who loses the most body weight percentage will be awarded $2,000 cash, a one year membership to The TERRIO EDGE, and the tools to change their life.

For those of you who would like to change your life, but are not one of the contestants, you can participate in the exact same 3 month program along-side the contestants for $395. This cost covers a metabolic test to determine the exact amount of calories your body burns a day during rest and exercise, enrollment in TERRIO Lifestyle, our online nutrition and fitness tracking system, access to TERRIO Therapy-Fitness trainers, participation in our weekend activities and challenges, the support of others trying to reach the same weight and lifestyle goals that you are, and a chance to win $500 as the “Best of the Rest” winner for losing the most weight (by percentage) of the non-contestants.
