My name is Cheryl Calley and I will turn 40 this year. I have noticed that the closer I get to 40 the more I need to change my daily routine by eating right and exercising. Since working out at TERRIO Therapy I realize that hard work really does pay off. I am actually enjoying the program (and pain) and encourage others to sign up for the next session.
