Continuation Program |


The Continuation/Lifestyle Program is a comprehensive program that includes fitness and nutrition. The program is for 5 Ton Challenge contestants that want to continue their fitness and nutrition regimen after the competition for a discounted rate.
The fitness is 3 times a week with a personal trainer in a group setting of 10-12 participants. Morning and evening sessions are available.
The nutrition component is provided by a Registered Dietitian and includes our own online meal plans that can be customized.
