John F. Kennedy once said, "Nothing compares to the simple pleasure of a bike ride." And nothing compares to cycling as one of the most effective ways to boost your metabolism, shed extra pounds and tone your body overall.

As an official training partner of The California Classic Weekend, we will use a combination of training rides and cross training sessions to have you fully prepared for race day.

Whether you are preparing for your first century or your 100th, as a member of Team TERRIO Cycle Club, you will receive the tools you need to finish strong!

Training begins February 11, 2012

Orientation Dates
Saturday January 21, 2012 at 9am and Saturday February 4, 2012 at 10am at The Fresno EDGE

Style and Technique Ride (Wednesdays at 6:00am)
Improves speed and group riding skills with sprints and fast surface street rides. This will improve lactate threshold and VO2 Max, as well.

Long Rides (Saturdays at 7:00am)
Improves endurance by increasing aerobic metabolism and muscle memory
