Whether you are an experienced or novice walker or runner, the Team TERRIO Half Marathon Training program will help you reach your goal! We are proud to be an official training partner of the Two Cities Marathon and Half as well as the California Classic Weekend. We utilize a variety of different training courses and methods to gradually and safely prepare you for race day.

The Running Club includes:
Detailed 14 week training calendar with supporting materials
Three trainer-led group training runs per week alternating between tempo runs, track workouts, and endurance distances
Metabolic Test or VO2 Max Test included (2nd test can be purchased at discounted rate)
Personalized online sports nutrition meal planning program
Five running specific presentations
Team TERRIO technical training shirt


Running Club Start Date: Saturday, February 11th!
Training for the California Classic Weekend Half Marathon on May 20th, 2012


Orientation Dates (please plan to attend one to receive training materials)
Tuesday, January 17th, 6:00pm
Monday, January 23rd, 6:00pm
Wednesday, February 1st, 6:00pm
Saturday, February 4th, 9:00am
